HOW IT WORKS

Guard Tracker is a scalable guard tour solution and can accommodate multiple security guards, multiple locations, multiple facilities, and multiple operating environments. Guard Tracker is also easy to install, easy to operate, and easy to upload to your computer.  Once data is uploaded, you can review your security guards' tours online, anytime.

Step 1:  Work with the Oversight staff to adapt Guard Tracker to your security requirements. For example: determine the number of security check points, etc.

Step 2:  Download and install the Guard Tracker application to an on-site computer.   (It’s easy and always up-to-date).

Step 3:  Issue each guard their own unique iButton.

Step 4:  Enter security guards’ names and your company specific locations or actions on the online database created by Oversight.

Step 5:  Place iButtons at security check or action points.

Step 9:  View Guard Tracker reports online from any computer by going to the

login tab at the top right of the Oversight homepage. Type in your authorized                

User ID and password and login.  Once you are logged in, click on "Reporting"

and then select which reports you want to review.
